Ken Rebman, Czann’s owner, said work on the facility, located at 505 Lea Ave. near the under-construction Music City Center convention facility, should be completed by early March. Rebman is using Nashville-based The Carter Group for the build-out, valued at $30,000. There will be no tasting room to start, he added.”
