Cumberland Advisors is targeting a June completion for the first building of what will be a three-structure development in South Nashville.
When construction of phase one is finished, the Franklin-based real estate company will relocate to the structure, to be called CitiView I and with an address of 2305 Kline Ave. in Grandview Heights, according to Mike Murphy, Cumberland Advisors owner.
The location of what will be called CitiView Office Park is near the Interstate 440 and Nolensville Road intersection (see here courtesy of Google Maps).
Murphy said the three-story, 25,000-square-foot building also will be home to Civil Site Design Group and Gilbert McLaughlin Casella Architects. Both entities are locally based and involved in the development.
