Carter Group's construction management services include predesign and preconstruction planning, as well as subcontractor management for the duration of the project. As the owner's representative, we address critical details during early planning stages to ensure that the finished product meets our client’s needs. We provide preliminary estimates indicating a range of the cost of construction at pre-determined stages of design, including a breakout of anticipated owner soft costs. Depending on the client and specific project needs, our services can include a Project Manager, Project Engineer, and a Jobsite Superintendent.
