Carter Group, LLC recognizes the importance of safety and has established a Safety Policy to educate our field technicians, subcontractors and office staff. Our mission is to provide a safe working environment on all of our construction sites.
It is not any one person's responsibility to look after the safety program. Every member of our staff and team of subcontractors is responsible for being aware of the importance of maintaining a safe work environment. By working together, we can ensure a safe environment. We are constantly striving to be the best in our industry through a program that embodies the following:

- Every Carter Group employee is CPR, First Aid and AED Certified.
- Carter Group field staff maintains current 30-Hour OSHA certifications.
