“Two Old Hippies — a guitar, apparel and gift shop — is headed for the Gulch.
The Nashville store, planned for 401 12th Ave. South next to Urban Outfitters, will sell “premium and vintage guitars” and “bohemian hippie chic clothing,” according to the company’s website. The store’s only current location is in Aspen, Colo.
Metro Nashville today issued a building permit to rehab 8,200-square-feet of retail space for the store.
The permit values construction at $425,000. Nashville-based Carter Group LLC will lead construction.”
