Renovation to this 100-year-old
building included a new 4 pipe mechanical system
for the Rectory, Sanctuary and St. Albert’s
Hall - all fed from a central chiller and boiler.
Complete remediation of the masonry on all three
buildings, including the ongoing work at the bell
tower, which required a specialized masonry consultant.
All roofing was removed, decking was replaced
as needed, new membranes were installed, and tiles
were also replaced as need. The latest security
and entry devices were installed throughout the
campus. St. Albert’s Hall received additional
renovations, which included new classrooms, work
areas, restrooms, and offices. The improvements
required all new electrical and mechanical systems,
and all plaster walls were furred out and replaced
with drywall.
